At VoxelSparks, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.
Return Window
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and unused, in original factory-sealed packaging
- Free from signs of use, damage, or modification
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Opened filament rolls (due to moisture sensitivity)
- Items marked as final sale
- Consumables or accessories that have been installed or used
Return Methods
In-Person Returns (Preferred): Free of charge. Returns are accepted at our warehouse by appointment only. Contact us at [your email] to schedule.
Mail-In Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. VoxelSparks is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
