Shipping Destinations
VoxelSparks currently ships within Canada only.

Carriers & Rates
We ship primarily via Purolator and Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated
at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Free Shipping
Orders over $99 CAD qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in Canada.
Please note: free shipping may not be available for some remote or rural
addresses. If your order does not qualify due to your location, we will
contact you before shipping to discuss options.

Free Store Pickup
Local pickup is available free of charge at our warehouse. Select
"Store Pickup" at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready.

Bulk & Heavy Orders
For large or heavy orders (approximately 200–500 kg), we coordinate bulk
delivery logistics directly. If your order qualifies, we will contact you
after purchase to arrange delivery details and confirm any applicable
freight costs.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive
a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays
VoxelSparks is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions,
weather, or customs. We will do our best to communicate any known delays
promptly.
